We use your information to: • Schedule and perform setup appointments • Process payments • Provide post-setup hypercare and Managed Care support • Communicate about services • Improve our website and services We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

During setup (in-person or remote), CustomClaw may temporarily access your networks, devices, and accounts. We commit to: • Accessing only the information necessary to complete the setup • Not copying, storing, or retaining personal files, passwords, or data after the appointment • Not installing unauthorised software We strongly recommend that you change any shared passwords and credentials immediately after setup completion.
6. Data Retention
Booking and contact information is retained as necessary for service delivery. Payment records are retained per tax and accounting requirements. You may request data deletion at any time.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your information, though no transmission method guarantees absolute security. OpenClaw runs locally on your hardware — your data remains on your machine and is not transmitted to CustomClaw after setup.

9. Cookies
